This policy outlines shipping expectations for furniture, decor, lighting, and other products purchased through Evolution Comfort.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability depends on product type, delivery address, carrier coverage, and freight requirements.

If we cannot ship an item to the provided address, we will contact the customer before fulfillment or issue a cancellation/refund where appropriate.

Shipping Timing

In-stock decor, lighting, and small furniture items generally ship within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.

Large furniture, fragile items, special-order products, and freight deliveries may require additional handling time and scheduled delivery windows.

Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.

Delivery Requirements

Some large or fragile items may require scheduled delivery, signature confirmation, freight handling, or customer availability at the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, contact details, building access, and any delivery restrictions before shipment.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage with photos within 7 days of delivery.

We will review reported damage and work toward repair, replacement, refund, or carrier claim resolution where appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, free-shipping promotions, and freight charges are shown at checkout or communicated before fulfillment.
