Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, refund, return, chargeback, and processing rules for Evolution Comfort design services and product orders.
Consultation Cancellations
Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a 100% refund.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may receive a credit toward a future consultation at Evolution Comfort's discretion.
Clients who do not attend a scheduled consultation, also called a no-show, are generally not eligible for a refund, but may contact us to request a credit toward a future consultation.
Product Returns
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are in original condition and packaging.
Custom, made-to-order, final-sale, installed, assembled, altered, or visibly used items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Customers should contact support before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Refunds
A full refund may be issued if Evolution Comfort is unable to provide the scheduled consultation or fulfill an order.
A full refund may be issued if a duplicate or incorrect charge has occurred.
A full refund may be issued if the consultation is canceled by Evolution Comfort.
After a consultation has been completed, refunds are generally not available because professional services have already been rendered. If you believe there was an issue with your experience, contact us within 7 days so we can review your concerns and work toward a fair resolution.
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and handling costs.
Original shipping or freight charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Evolution Comfort.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We may request inspection, carrier review, or additional documentation before approving repair, replacement, refund, or return shipping support.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule one appointment without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer, please contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be investigated and documented. Evolution Comfort maintains appointment records, customer communications, payment confirmations, and service completion records to assist with dispute resolution when necessary.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
