Anti-Fraud Policy

This policy explains how we identify and respond to suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, false claims, and abusive use of services.

Fraud Prevention

We may review orders, bookings, payment activity, delivery details, account behavior, and communications for signs of fraud.

Suspicious requests may be paused, cancelled, refunded, or escalated for additional verification.

Prohibited Conduct

False chargebacks, stolen payment information, fake identities, reshipping schemes, abuse of promotions, and misrepresentation are prohibited.

We may preserve records and cooperate with payment processors, carriers, or authorities where appropriate.
