Security & Information Security Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This policy explains the safeguards we use to protect website, customer, booking, order, and business information.

Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS on the public website where supported by the hosting provider.

Access to customer and order information is limited to people and providers who need it for legitimate business purposes.

Payment Security

Payment handling is processed through third-party payment providers or gateways with their own security controls.

We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or complete magnetic stripe data on our website systems.

Fraud Review

Orders, bookings, payment activity, delivery addresses, and customer communications may be reviewed for fraud-prevention, authorization, chargeback, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Incident Response

If we identify a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and take appropriate steps based on risk and legal requirements.
